Tollana delinked

After a year or so, the Tollana server has been delinked from the network. Money funding played a large roll in keeping the server online, which dried up.

Kn00n and Canto however still remain as staff on the network.

Lastly, please use eu.replayirc.com or irc.replayirc.com to connect to either an European server or Random IRC server on the network.
